Coach Stene grew up in Big Timber, Montana, where he developed and early love for basketball. While studying English and Spanish at PLU in Washington, John grew in coaching experience with Northwest Basketball Camps. He has been coaching with NBC Camps for the past 10 years as a skills coach, master teacher, and camp Site Director. John has also coached at both the high school and university levels
